Mutations and Sizes in Steal A Seed

Rare plants, unique sizes, and mutations — ranked by what you can see.

Mutations and Sizes

Rainbow Isle Tycoon’s official how-to-play line for Steal A Seed ends on the collection pitch: uncover rare plants, unique sizes and incredible mutations. Those three words are the system. This page stays inside them. We do not invent mutation names, weather events, spray items, or cash multipliers copied from Grow a Garden or Steal a Brainrot. If a patch later publishes a named variant, it belongs on the mutations tier list after someone verifies it in place 122216176958450.

Until then, play what the garden shows you. Magenta seed blocks are the portable form. Plants sit in grass planters. Neon purple is the loud mutation tell on current art and captures. Size is the other axis: some plants read as ordinary, some read as large. You will not get a wiki table that pretends we measured every pixel. You will get a ranking you can use in a six-player server without lying.

The official trio

Rare plants are the varieties you steal and grow that are not the starter-looking crop. Rarity is why the loop tells you to steal from gardens instead of only farming your first pad. If every plant paid the same, PvP would be a toy. It is not. When two plants occupy similar space and one clearly looks more special, treat the special one as higher tier until the game teaches you otherwise.

Unique sizes are a separate axis. A plant can be the same variety idea and still read bigger. Bigger is harder to ignore, easier to steal-spot from across the ring, and conceptually more valuable. Size is also a defense problem: large plants advertise. If you just grew one, stand next to it. Do not AFK on the treadmill with a new giant on the walking edge.

Mutations are the third axis. Official text calls them incredible. Visual language on this place is neon purple mutated plants. A mutated plant is a billboard. Everyone in the six-player server can see it. That is good when it is yours and you are home. That is bait when it is yours and you are gone. That is a project when it is someone else’s and they are watching.

Conceptual rank (no fake multipliers)

Rank what you steal and what you defend in this order:

  1. Mutated and large — both axes at once. Highest priority to steal if you can actually leave. Highest priority to stand on if it is yours.
  2. Large — size without a mutation tell. Still a prize. Easier to misread as “just a big starter,” so look twice.
  3. Mutated — mutation tell without huge size. Loud, contested, worth a planned run.
  4. Base — ordinary plants that still earn cash. These are first-session steals and filler planters, not nothing.

We do not print “x times cash” next to those rows. We do not know an official multiplier, and borrowing one from another tycoon would be fiction. If two plants share a rank, prefer the one you can finish: unattended beats guarded, close beats far, one seed beats a shopping list.

Use the mutations tier list when you want the same idea in list form, and high-tier plants when you are choosing a raid target. This page is the rule. Those pages are the index.

How this changes a steal

Scout with the rank in your head, not with greed. A base plant in an empty garden is a correct solo steal. A mutated-and-large plant with the owner on the adjacent pad is a correct skip. How to Steal Seeds is the route. This page is the shopping filter.

Do not grab an unknown glow “to identify later” if the owner is home. Identification is a scouting job. Walk past, look, remember, leave. Come back with Speed and, if needed, a team. A mutation you drop on their grass is not research.

After you land a mutated or large seed, plant it before you celebrate. The previous owner can see which garden received the billboard. Your new problem is defense, not collection. Presence next to the loud plant matters more than starting a second raid.

How this changes a garden

Put base crops where traffic hits. Keep large and mutated plants where you stand. Unlock extra planters because you have seeds that deserve dirt, not because you want a museum row of glow. A row of billboards with nobody home is a heist request.

If you cannot tell size from camera distance, walk up during peace, not during a raid. Learn your own plants first. The place is small. Six gardens. You can memorize which plot grew something out of scale today.

Do not assume a mutation lasts forever or stacks with a named weather you saw in a different game. Steal A Seed has not published that kit in the description we are using. Play the plant that is in the planter now.

What this wiki will not invent

No Gold / Rainbow / Frozen names unless Rainbow Isle Tycoon ships them and we verify. No 1.5x / 5x / 10x cash columns. No seed encyclopedia with fan nicknames presented as official. No YouTube ID pretending to be a mutation index. When the developer names a variety, we add the name. Until then, mutated+large > large > mutated > base is the whole ladder.

If a plant looks wrong for this place — brainrot memes, egg pets, snatch-a-seed HUD — you are in a clone. Leave. Mutations on a different title will not rank here.

Treat glow as a warning label. It warns thieves that the plant is worth a route. It warns owners that the plant is worth standing beside. It is not a loot table. Steal A Seed’s rare plants, unique sizes, and mutations are a visibility system first. Play the visibility. Rank on sight, steal with a plan, and plant the magenta block before you start arguing about what the purple was “called.”

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Steal A Seed heists, Speed, and codes.

What mutations exist in Steal A Seed?

The official description confirms mutations exist, along with rare plants and unique sizes. This wiki does not invent names or multipliers. Rank what you can see, and use the mutations tier list for the same conceptual order.

How should I rank plants if there is no cash/s table?

Use mutated and large first, then large, then mutated, then base. Prefer plants you can actually steal and keep. Target examples live on high-tier plants.

What does a mutated plant look like?

Current captures for this place show neon purple mutated plants on grass gardens, with magenta seed blocks as the portable form. Size is a separate tell: some plants simply read larger than the rest of the row.

Should I steal a mutated plant on my first raid?

No. First raids should be unattended base crops. A mutated or large plant is a planned steal, often a team job, because everyone in the six-player server can see it. Routes are in How to Steal Seeds.

Are these the same mutations as Grow a Garden or Steal a Brainrot?

No. Those are different Roblox games with their own named variants. Do not copy their multiplier tables into Steal A Seed. Wait for Rainbow Isle Tycoon to publish names before this wiki lists any.
